However, by purchasing and accessing our digital service, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you begin using the service.

For clarity, "use" includes (but is not limited to):

  • Interacting with Kili AI
  • Generating responses, plans, or recommendations
  • Accessing personalized content

2. Subscription Services

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, only if the service has not been meaningfully used.
  • Refunds apply only to the first billing cycle.
  • Automatic renewals are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

3. United States Policy

For customers in the United States:

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • After this period, payments are non-refundable, unless required by law.
  • If the service has been significantly used, refunds may be denied.

4. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from using the service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

5. Accidental or Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made accidentally or without authorization, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
